1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the CaltrixTech website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

CaltrixTech provides software development, consulting, and related technology services. Specific service terms, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements or statements of work.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement, all intellectual property rights in deliverables created specifically for a client shall transfer to the client upon full payment. CaltrixTech retains rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks, and general knowledge used in delivering services.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of engagement. This obligation survives termination of any agreement.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by applicable law.

6. Limitation of Liability

CaltrixTech's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
